7th annual · West Palm Beach, Florida
One city. One day. One giant family adventure.
Follow the clues, conquer the challenges and race to the finish — the annual Festival of Kindness created by Rhythm & Hues of The Childhood Code.

To celebrate its first anniversary, Rhythm & Hues — the children's enrichment and event centre behind The Childhood Code — set out to bring its neighbors together for one joyful day. The planning enthusiasm ran away with itself, and the result was a signature annual festival that now invites the whole community to celebrate kindness, creativity and childhood.
Seven years on, RAINBOWpalooza is still built on the same simple belief: children are our present, and right now shapes their future. Make memories, create impact, enjoy your community.
The festival raises funds for the Children's Rainbow Fund, a 501(c)(3) children's hope charity supporting joyful childhoods and healthy families through experiences, resources, programs, community spaces and play.
Past themes have carried that further — the 2025 festival, “Never give up,” focused on teen and child suicide prevention and awareness.
For 2026 the festival spills out across the city as a family race, then gathers everyone back together to celebrate.
Follow the clues, conquer the challenges and race across town to the finish. Families run the route from 10am to 2pm.
Every stop on the map is hosted by a local business with a hands-on craft or challenge before the next clue.
Live music, dance and stage performances have been part of the festival since the very first year.
Proceeds support the Children's Rainbow Fund, a 501(c)(3) charity for joyful childhoods and healthy families.
The very first festival gathered the community at the Meyer Amphitheater to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The second year took over the 500 Block of Clematis Street, raising funds for Julia's Star Foundation.
Year three returned to the 500 Block of Clematis Street to support the Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank.
The festival took a brief pause while keeping the community safe, then came back stronger than ever.
A vibrant wonderland of live music, performances, art projects and games, plus the “I Need a Minute” lounge for parents.
The festival found its new home benefitting the Children's Rainbow Fund, a 501(c)(3) for joyful childhoods, kindness and all our children's needs.
One city. One day. One giant family adventure — the festival becomes a race through West Palm Beach.
